TOUCH SENSITIVE SIGNALING

The ME117 sensing edge has an added layer of PVC, creating a hollow pocket on the bottom of the edge. This hollow pocket conforms to irregularities in the surface which help prevent dust and debris from passing the threshold. ME117 is designed to fit doors from 1 to 2-inch thick. When touch activated, ME117 sends an immediate signal to controls to stop and/or reverse operation. A mounting channel is available for easy installation on machinery applications.
