Bearge Miller Retires from Miller Edge

Miller Edge announces the retirement of Bearge Miller as Chief Executive Officer, marking the culmination of an extraordinary career spanning more than four decades of innovation, leadership, and service to the door and access systems industry. Effective immediately, Flossie Miller has assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Bearge expressed his gratitude stating, “I am extremely blessed to have been associated with so many quality people in our industry for the past 46 years. I thank you all for letting me contribute to our industry associations growth and professionalism.”

Bearge Miller joined Miller Edge as a Mechanical Engineer in 1980 and quickly established himself as a driving force behind the company’s growth and technological advancement. Throughout his career, he played a pivotal role in developing numerous patented products and solutions that strengthened Miller Edge’s position as an industry leader. His commitment to innovation helped the company continually evolve by embracing emerging technologies and delivering enhanced safety and performance for customers worldwide.

In addition to his contributions at Miller Edge, Bearge demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout the industry. He served on numerous boards and committees, including the Door & Access Systems Manufacturers Association (DASMA), the Door Operators Dealers Association (DODA), and the International Door Association (IDA), helping shape the future of the industry while advocating for innovation, quality, and safety.
